Delete your account

In the app or on neerly.net

1. Open Neerly and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@neerly.net from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Neerly account". We confirm and delete it within 7 days (usually the same day).

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, username, password, buddy and outfit.
• Your shares, their summaries and who they went to; any live share stops.
• Your contacts, quick starts, badges and totals, notification devices and Activity list.
• Meetups you host (for everyone) and your place in meetups you joined.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Daily usage totals (for example "shares started today") are numbers only and never contained your identity. Copies in our host's routine backups are overwritten within a short time.
